KRAP News began as a project designed to do only one thing: shoot something in Bakersfield. What it turned into was something else entirely…
KRAP News is based on a fictionalized start up News station in Bakersfield, Ca. When a local ratings war erupts Tom, the new station manager/owner, tries to spur along competition between his anchors only to have them rebel against him. Only after the local ratings war infringes on the War on Terror does the town come together for one purpose: To Screw with Tom.
KRAP News’ first season is currently in the final stages of being written, with pre-production beginning at the start of the New Year!
