I recently attended the Produce Marketing Association conference in Orlando, Florida at the invitation of one of our backers Califresh.com
I was excited, as we at VIP do not usually get the opportunity to represent the American farming community in addition to being the face for the only year round distributor of fresh Garbonzo beans in North America!
Oh and you know Sample day at Costco…? It was like that times a Billion! Ever had Avocado pops from Mexico? Me neither! Ever wanted to try Canadian beer for free? Me too!
Well, all the hilarity and belly-filling awesomeness aside, I happened to run into a woman name Terin Vu who related to me the story of her long lost sister from Vietnam and the charity she started to find her.

I heartily suggest you check out her site FindingVu.com. Her story is very compelling and with our country’s closer relationship and warming economic ties with the People’s Republic of Vietnam, I’m sure we all wish her and her family a very American success story.
